The design of your restaurant is dependent on many factors including but not limited to:
Your target demographics
The location of your restaurant or bar
Budget
Your brand values and ethos
When you hire an interior designer for your restaurant, they will spend a long time understanding all of the above before creating a concept and mood board for you. It is therefore important that you understand who your target audience is and how you want to convey your brand values to them.
Obviously at present there is a lot of empasis on using eco-friendly packaging for example, you can weave this element into all areas of your business including your design.
