  • Client Meeting - understand requirements

  • Proposal sent to client

  • Client Meeting - Lifestyle questionnaire and in depth discussions, around requirements for each room to be designed

  • Mood boards presented and agreed

  • Schematic designs agreed (rough sketches and concepts)

  • Site Survey - room dimensions, location of plumbing/ electrical points etc

  • Spacial plan and proposed furniture layout

  • Flow plans

  • Elevation and detail drawings of joinery where required

  • 3D visuals if required (to be determined at first meeting and will be chargeable)

  • Budget agreed for each component

  • Sample board presented and agreed

  • Supplier specifications

Execution Phase

  • Tender out to contractors

  • Compare quotations

  • Arrange contracts

  • Define work schedule

  • Liaise with suppliers of bespoke items to ensure brief is understood and met

  • Negotiate start dates

  • Oversee work in progress

  • Regular site visits as agreed

  • Regular progress reports to client as agreed

  • Arrange electrical certification

  • Project handover and evaluation

Commercial
